Cinematic: “I Wonder” – The Ronettes
So, one way I write is to visualize a movie happening in my head. I would describe my writings as more scene-based than chapter-based. I try to think like a director. I’m writing this thing about two best friends down and out in love. As it starts, one of them is throwing food at her cheating boyfriend (imagine cold noodles, bananas sailing through the air) and the other bestie is throwing up into her toilet (white knuckles, curling toes) - both scenes hilariously imagined in slow motion. What do you think about this song as soundtrack?
